Ich habe das Eis immer in Videos gesehen und jetzt endlich selbst gekostet. ☺️ Dieser „Eistrend“ stammt sogar aus dem asiatischen Raum.
Das Eis war mega gut. 😋 Ich habe mich für Vanille mit Oreokeksen und Karamellsauce entschieden.
Die flüssige Eismasse hat er auf eine Stahlplatte geschüttet, diese hat eine Temperatur von -30 Grad.
Dann fügte er die Kekse hinzu und zerkleinerte alles mit 2 Spatel zu einer Masse. Das ganze gefriert innerhalb von Sekunden. Nach dem Zerkleinern strich er die Masse glatt, kratzte sie von der Platte und stapelte sie in einen Becher.
Der letzte Schliff kam mit den restlichen Toppings Sahne, Streusel, Sauce und Kekse.☺️
Am nächsten Tag gab es gleich noch ein Eis mit Pfirsich-Mango Geschmack und Erdbeersauce.
Ich finde sehr gut daran, dass die Zutaten frisch sind und alles vor dem Kunden zubereitet wird. 😋
