Dieses Tauschhaus wurde vor ca. einem Jahr angesteckt und ist abgebrannt. Unglaublich aber wahr. Eine benachbarte Grundschule (Waldorfschule) hat mit seinen Schülern ein Projekt daraus gemacht und das Tauschhaus neu gebaut.
