The strengthening of China's economy, and therefore its impact on the world market, is a serious concern for the United States. The US has announced that it is ready to issue a digital dollar as opposed to the CBDC (people's Bank of China) token DCEP.

ING economist Carlo Cocuzzo made this statement at the Blockchain Week conference, which was held in London. According to the analysis (including our exchange https://bitniex.com), more than 90% of transactions are made with the us dollar, which seems to hint at the dominant position of America, which does not want to allow the loss of leadership positions.

China is a strong opponent of the United States. Presumably, the electronic version of the Chinese yuan will be much more reliable and less volatile than bitcoin.

"Unlike digital currencies in a decentralized system such as bitcoin, DCEP (Digital Currency Electronic Payment) uses a centralized management system"

it is noted in the report of the financial company Huatai Securities on the details of the developed payment system and digital currency of the Central Bank of China.
