Dear Steemit Community,

This is the second update regarding the first DIP(Development Incentive Program) project, the API Endpoint Project.

In short, developers from @upvu.witness and @nodehub are working hard - and we would love to let you know their fantastic progress!

  1. API list will be managed as a source(github) so that anyone can view and update the list.

  2. Valid RPC nodes were selected after two week's thorough testing

  3. Frontend UI got updated so that steemians may view the list of RPC nodes and make a selection.

  4. Anyone can view the progress at the following github links:

So.. what's next?

First, we encourage everyone to check all the new features, test them, and report error (if there's any) and provide feedbacks. It's already great, but it will become even better with the community inputs.

For the next month, the team will work on the loading comments/templates/draft features. We believe that these are the ones that normal (non-techie) users would feel the improvement directly when they use steemit.
