PREFACE

Through years of analysing future trends in government corruption, it’s clear that it will continue long into the future unless something genius inspires the average person to learn, interact, and activate themselves, with activist organizations that can make the most impact immediately, so that we can save our nation.

I have found that all the elements needed to restore our republic and improve it, ending all corruption in government, are not only fully feasible to do in the future, as most optimists will intimate, they are completely accessible to do today.

As enough people join in the conversation and make the solutions I write about happen, a panacea for activism is possible. Organization will form organically among those that are willing to work for it.

Freedom is not Free. Liberty takes great work to maintain. The public has been ignorant of our opportunities so through this evolving essay, summaries of all the solutions will be explained. Details on all the solutions will be added in the future as the project moves forward. This Steem project to shift our socio/political consciousness towards coordinated direct action is calling us forth now.

I have no financial interest in what Steem can do for me because 100% of all Steem power I garner will go towards unification of this project summarized within. I can earn income from the launching of my companies anyway, and everyone can benefit from the services and production my companies can provide.

I have thirteen years of successful employment, contracting and entrepreneurial activism work. My combined knowledge from various fields and my determination to always work for justice has remained steadfast. I have my own mission independent from other groups, but at the same time I’m helping them directly. I summarize in this essay with details following in future posts.

A crowdfunding campaign for global solutions will be underway in the near future. This means that all funding must help one or more of these organizations, be it though block-chain development for apps that unify our means, or marketing promotion to build followership from the general public, including you, for activism we produce.

Build the solutions forward and others will follow. Great victory of the people is upon us. We can stop the gears of government with direct governance. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to analyse each fragment of this free and open intelligent property, and expand it, duplicate it, do what I do and work and make it your own. SUMMARY:

In this essay, the following questions will be answered.

If the solutions are currently available for voters to end all corruption in government, what are those solutions? What can be done about them?

If groups are already in existence to create the solutions, what groups and organisations have the most impact?

What work would be done by those creating and unifying support for an activist panacea?

Hypothesis:

The government has failed so cooperative self-governance remains the only solution.

The goal of our fellow members of society today is not to think as a republic, for the republic has failed. We must think ourselves as a democratic-republic, one that requires our participation.

We are not a pure democracy, yet, constitutional law allows for limited direct democracy with ballot proposals.

When the process of public petitioning for freedom and liberty is applied, with a ballot proposal, society has undeniable opportunity to restore and improve the constitutionality of government.

There is historical evidence that ballot propositions can restore our republic and eliminate bad laws. Rather than relying on the same politicians who created the problems to all of the sudden be accountable to fix them, “we the people” should be accountable and save our nation ourselves, together.

We must stop calling ourselves liberals or conservatives and be open to paradigm shifts involving deeper critical analyzation of each individual policy. We must be humble to learn new things, to acknowledge that we do not know, what we do not know, and admit that we don’t know the answers to every problem. Let’s admit, we know that there is intelligentsia among us, who know solutions to problems far better than our representatives. We ourselves, know many solutions that our politicians are not addressing and we must let our voice be heard to see them manifest.

Every member of society should have equal ability to participate in learning and contributing online, towards organising a permanent ballot access network. A future directive of all members of our civilisation who care to be activists against corruption is to form a contingency protectorate, a citizenry of the electorate, a virtual federation of minutemen and minutewomen, ready for non-violent direct activism as required.

Various tasks and groups can be formed by independent organisations in full operation today. Activists among us can self-organize through cooperation with others, with the common vision, for the concept of an activist clearinghouse.

All the elements that can lead to civil revolution to end corruption in government are available but not yet applicable to a new public standard we need to set. Successful movements must be able to grow organically, thanks to access to secure and transparent block-chain contracts, for voting and currency. A methodological approach to using voting and currency together has the potential to bring about a new renaissance of humanity worldwide.

Various groups are experimenting with activism and direct engagement projects. The crux of the solution is how they can play rolled together, cooperatively, for united ambitions.

With the government corruption at an all-time high and election fraud now becoming the norm in society, blockchain voting offers a solution. Implementation of this technology, along with other key advancements in societal participation, are crucial in restoring civilisation so we can pragmatically move away from dystopia and towards a utopia, a new era of peace and prosperity for all.

We can establish peace on the planet and end the cabal that bankers, governments and corporations have established. The answer is one that futurists have been calling on since the inception of the internet, but only now with blockchain technology, is a tangible solution is viable that can stand the criticisms of critics of the past. All concerns have been resolved, or will be resolved, as the activism panacea forms.

We see a failed republican system of government. Unless people start participating in reforming government ourselves, tyranny will replace what republic we have left and all will be lost.

The right to alter or abolish government is embedded right in our constitution. It is our right, and our duty to destroy the old and rebuild our new government of consesual governance, to secure the safeguards for the future.

Voting has become virtually useless. Gerrymandering, superdelegates, the electoral college, voting machines and election scams all have left our republic in dire straits.

However, what if there was a secure path out of this quagmire?

If your vote could be verified end-to-end, with no potential for fraud and you could use it, would you:

Vote corrupt politicians out of office?
Vote in alternative anti-corruption candidates?
Vote to nullify unconstitutional federal actions?
Veto unconstitutional and unjust state laws?
Call forward Citizen Grand Juries to prosecute corruption?

If you said yes to any of these, you have common sense. You don’t want to leave politicians in charge. You want to end their insane power consolidation and have justice.

If you could vote for initiatives that would make a freer market for entrepreneurs in your state, would you vote for them?

Not to argue global warming, not to argue CO2, because it’s debatable, but to argue that we change the debate environmentalists have in regards away from global warming and towards global toxicity. Toxicity is a science that is not debated and it is a valid environmental concern all people who breathe air and drink water should be having. We are all naturally environmentalists against global toxicity for it is our right to life and the right to let life live free from aggression that can unify people from all political spectrums.

If you could vote to solve problems in regards to local toxic waste problems, would you?

These types of solutions encompass what can become populist ballot propositions. By merging the concepts of ballot access rights with the block-chain development of a Quorum E-Democracy system, the people of this planet can resolve and end corruption in government for good, starting here in the U.S.A.

QUORUM E-DEMOCRACY

The solution is when people branch the power of secure and transparent e-democracy, with local and state ballot access rights. This does not go against constitutional principles, in fact, the goal of the QED project is to improve our constitution, to empower people to have a lasting and secure system of acting as a legitimate 4th system of checks and balances against the unwarranted power of government. The combination of QED with limited direct democracy is the beyond government, it is cooperative governance.

The goal is to have the true representation of the people, with constitutional but limited direct democracy, but the unlimited potential to progress forward towards a country for more cooperation and unity for freedom, liberty and justice.

A people will be able to participate, debate, learn, and build consensus on the policy we want, then get that policy on the ballot as direct ballot propositions and empower the voters to supersede the government. Rather than government, we will establish true governance, for and by the people, directly. The results will be nothing less than fantastic. The concept is summarised in the term Quorum E-Democracy (QED). This QED governance system is the method of the future.

The QED is an evolving concept. A concept can be put in place with a defined architecture and methods for its implementation that can evolve over time. Once created, decentralising it’s over the structure to each group in their particular sovereignties will enable innovation and new unique creative methodologies to evolve.

By being built on essentially the same block chain structure and having the plug in tools for non-compromisable integration, analytics of consensus between countries and cultures can show the world where global consensus and debate on divisive issues are being formed. The ramifications of such a project are inspiring as people worldwide build knowledge archives that best analyse every type of policy societies have people calling for.

The concept of the free and open blockchain system known as the DAO can possibly bring about a framework for a most dynamic QED that serves the people first and not private shareholders.

Constitutional Direct Democracy is not pure democracy that is subject to the shortcomings of mob rules and lawlessness. Its is a system of checks and balances that can prevent and stop corruption. If ignored, we become acquiescent to waiting for more “leaders” to fix our problems, rather than being proactive to fix them ourselves. The word Republic is defined as one that is representative of the people.

QED with Ballot Access is the governance system of the future.

The new Constitutional government established a republic, which Madison defines as "a government in which the scheme of representation takes place." It avoids the tendency towards factious majorities that occurs in PURE democracies through two basic mechanisms: (1) representative government, and (2) the great extent of the republic itself.

It’s time we evolve government to become one of governance and become truly representative. The best method of representation is with limited direct democracy within the confines of constitutional checks and balances.

For e-democracy to work, we need several attributes to work together, all of which need to be on verifiable end-to-end security, with distributed ledgers so that data is secure and transparent. A future in e-democracy must be in a blockchain system for it to be effective and safe from harsh critics that could easily and rightfully argue that without transparent code and security, any system could be compromised.

Here is a brief overview of the components and how they will work together. More detail will be provided in future blogs.

SECTION 2. COMPONENTS OF QED

STEEMIT

We need block-chain forums, to allow for participation from the whole of the general public so that our democracy truly can be free and open. This is where Steemit comes in. Steemit uses a meritocracy system, allowing members who create valuable content to earn cryptocurrency from other members.

Financial incentive ensures that people produce valuable content. As advocates for pragmatic, limited, direct democracy come forward and produce content that other members in the steemit community like, the currency they earn can then be directed towards the development of our full QED software to pay block-chain developers and or marketing services required to scale to the masses.

Once complete, further funds developed from blogs can work to fund ballot access campaigns that the members endorse themselves directly. Steemit bloggers who endorse the QED are the activist producers who matter most in this project.

DAO

Code from steemit can be merged with the DAO and a QED project, as to allow for a level of social networking and forum ability that coincides with the deliberative forums so that average people can advance from sharing through social media, to blogging, to debate and finally helping with direct ballot access .

The new version of steemit would function nearly exactly as steemit does but with the intention to focus blogs around policy concepts alone and to interconnect with outside programs used for the full functionality of the QED. Each blog can serve as an archive of reasons either for, against, or otherwise to modify, policy concepts that are popular among other members.

LIQUID FEEDBACK

We need a block-chain version of the quorum software. This is where Liquid Feedback software comes in. Free for public use, development of this software and reverse engineering, to add components that can be viable with a new version of Steemit software for integration. Through the forums, people may debate back and forth openly, but through the quorum, strict rules for participation would ensure. Like the DAO model for block-chain democracy, but slightly more integrated as an e-learning system, Liquid Feedback offers the pinnacle of consensus building software today. Rather than arbitrary yes and no votes on issues, the Liquid Feedback system requires all parties participating learn from each other and qualify arguments based on all shared knowledge currently in the system.

Each line of any policy for any agenda that is popular in the forums can be debated and edited, cooperatively, by constructive members of the same online community. The result would be that of open consensus on the language and outcome of the policy that is by the participating members directly.

The concept of Liquid Democracy, to delegate votes to others will be eliminated. With delegates, there is room for misrepresentation. We will maintain a one person, one vote policy, in the spirit of true democracy and not representative democracy that we have found to have apparent flaws.

THE PIRATE PARTY INTERNATIONAL and THE REPRESENTATIVE PARTY

The Representative Party is a non-ideological party, that is not to compete with alternative candidates, but to work with them. Using the QED software, Representative Party members will simply advocate for law within their local quorums and vote however their constituents see them vote.

The Representative Party is a concept for direct representation of the people. Candidates may include moderate centrists but who qualify for the ballot as republicans, democrats, greens and libertarians for example. The candidates can have their own ideologies but will seek to be leaders, informing voters of their ideologies and engaging in debate on the QED for consensus with them.

The potential to absorb other parties members and become a collaborative party for populous ideas is very feasible with this concept. Unifying, not the divisive policy will make up the platform of the Representative Party.

Through this platform, people will start choosing the direction of our governments, district by district, from the local to the state level. With Free and Equal and Liberty Economy, the ambition to have a Representative Party candidate run for office and be on the ballot in all 50 states is very likely. The ability for a presidential Representative Party candidate is valid as people are looking for a reformist to reformist that can unite the Libertarians and Greens around a single alternative party platform.

Ross Perot and Mike Gravel both ran for president on platforms incorporating the concepts of direct democracy. It has only been a matter of time before a party emerged that has the potential to attract moderates for a true techno-renaissance populist movement.

The pirate party is an international political concept for a paradigm shift towards encouraging people to use technology and direct democracy concepts to solve problems. I encourage the pirate party and I hope that their international networks can harmonise with the concept of the Representation to organise for the QED together.

My ambition is that all Pirate Party members and ex-members, who have left over organisational and ideological differences, can put them aside and unify over just creating the blockchain framework for a QED system. If we work on what unifies us first, that is to have an ideal QED system, we can debate within that system after in regards to policy and methodologies of management.

REPRESENTATIVE INITIATIVES PAC (RIPAC)

We need a block-chain version of a master website, linking all the programs together in one cohesive unit. RIPAC was formed to carry out the will of it’s members, via consensus building software, the QED.

RIPAC is a political action committee filed in Arizona, that will file ballot propositions on behalf of that consensus which is most recognised by our members as being feasible for ballot campaigns.

We are organising to become a public SuperPac, but for transparency. We will use the IRS loopholes to file and support for our Representative Party candidates, as well as the ballot proposals for our members.

Investment does not buy privilege in this SuperPac, we will maintain a policy of one person, one vote system with our QED. The benefit is that we can take larger sums of money, and we can file in multiple states. We can file Nominations, Recalls, Referenda, Initiatives and Citizen Grand Jury proposals. When we have just 500 people contribute $10, we can qualify for a super pac so that's certainly something we can and will do, early upon our public launch.

We have archived dozens of top model legislations our members can get excited about. This author is the content creator and founder of RIPAC, it is a project that is in development and exemplified by this essay to show that, without RIPAC, there is no action plan to initiative funding projects for the citizens initiatives decided in the quorum. State and Federal law require that a PAC or SUPERPAC entity must exist to legally fundraise and spend on ballot proposals ballot access campaigns.

SECTION 3 CONTENT:

WE ARE CHANGE

We Are Change, as a decentralised alternative media source, leads the way for producing content that disrupts the corporate controlled media system. A future for We Are Change in this project would include their bloggers, as well as new bloggers for them, that produce content relevant to promoting solutions and funneling readers traffic towards RIPAC and other solution oriented websties.

Using a concept called “constructive journalism,” each blogger can take steps to reproduce content related to politics and policy, with a directive to share solutions and the ultimate strategy, which is in building a funnel from the outside, that encourages internal participation, upvoting the best data, with incentives for the public that a mandatory percentage of the new QED steem rewards earned will go towards development of a full QED system.

No one can force their bloggers to produce new SEM friendly content and spend their money they earn from cryptocurrency on QED development. However, a code can be installed that ensures a minimum percentage is redirected towards QED steem power.

Furthermore, financial incentives are to be provided through an alternative mechanism, the production of the Economic Renaissance (E.R.), as described further in the document. Each dollar spent on block-chain development will earn bloggers merits to be used for value in the E.R. program.

SECTION 4. BALLOT ACCESS

LIBERTY ECONOMY

We need a ballot access company that can work on the people's priorities, not the priorities of capital. Liberty Economy is to be a streamlined ballot access coordination company, using technology to eliminate unneeded costs and time required to qualify petitions for the ballot. Linked with but independent of RIPAC, Liberty Economy may help other political action committees that the QED members agree too.

Liberty Economy has the ability to create a form of “petitioners union” where the money invested into it is open with full transparency for petitioners and proponents of ballot propositions. The concept is to allow end-to-end verifiable financial tracking of every dollar spent for every signature collected. The bulk of the money used will be merely for paid signature collection, rather than administrative overhead. This way, proponents can work within free market principles to pay petitioners what they need to get the job was done, not the to pay executive bonuses and salaries for the ballot access contractors.

All executive compensation will be distributed to petitioners alone who will work with proponents directly. The old model of having coordinators and contractors is over because now all performed by people in the hierarchical positions in the ballot industry can be outsourced to technology. Only moderate administrative funds will be needed, beyond that, the pay will be for petitioners directly.

This will lower the cost of campaigns by approximately ½ or more, enabling more campaigns to get on the ballot and give voters more choices.

I have 13 years experience in training fundraisers and direct ballot initiative petition coordination. My experience has led me to understand how the ballot initiative industry works inside and out. Details on streamline the process will be provided in the future.

Once the website is complete, I plan to help hire hundreds, even thousands of people nationwide to fundraise door to door for citizens ballot access campaigns. The goal is to organize people for long-term support and to reach a critical mass that one day will enable us to qualify petitions effortlessly.

Groups do door to door fundraising work all over the U.S.A. Today lobbyists are creating these groups to fund their ability to represent the people to the politicians on issues. People give to total strangers, because the training for effective communication helps fundraiser overcome the fear of asking for money once agreement has been achieved.

What do you think is a better business and activism plan, teaching people to fundraise for lobbyist who only can speak to politicians, or to fundraise for people's direct ballot propositions that can supercede the governor, applying real power of the people for direct change because we know it has been far too long that the politicians aren't listening?

Free and Equal is the nation's premier organisation bringing together activism talent and music to engage the public in voting and opening up media to the nation's top alternative candidates.

Free and Equal is a platform for all voter progress towards free and equal elections. The national attention founder Christina Tobin has acquired is continuing to grow and will continue to grow in the future.

ECONOMIC RENAISSANCE (E.R)

E.R. is a project to create locally organised gold and crypto-currency trade. Gold, monitored through digital transactions as dollars, can be made possible thanks to several companies. The value will go up as the dollar drops. The money saved in this system can be turned into dollars at any time, making it feasible for the small business to use it. Companies that are regulated, and who pay their taxes, offer security necessary until tax exemption is legalised for such free-market projects.

The main incentive of this program is a unique free market approach to a “free marketing” program and “pay on performance” business model. Unlike traditional marketing where businesses pay upfront to have promotions happen that they hope will garner a return, the E.R. model puts the businesses first. Only when a new sale is generated do they pay a small marketing fee. The fee is less than what Visa and Mastercard charge for the processing portals.

This system will develop residual income for entrepreneurs to a limited amount, where excess earned will be returned to the system expansion and ultimately charitable causes chosen by the entrepreneurs who built it.

This system will create an additional revenue system for activism causes, such as ballot propositions that members of the program endorse on the QED.

This is the business side of funding ballot access campaigns and other non-political causes the people care about.

This system is to become a self-sustaining fundraising system for all projects and provides incentives for bloggers who invest their Steemit rewards into blockchain development. For every dollar invested in the blockchain development of this activism system.

No website is available at this time but it will be produced when the developers needed to partner with me become available. This project is a billion dollar a year business model. Imagine replacing visa and MasterCard at locally owned merchants all over your community and earning an income for yourself and favorite local causes every time someone spends on the network?

FOLLOW MY VOTE

We need block-chain voting to secure votes. This is where Follow My Vote comes in. We need a voting tool that plugs into the system which allows for rank-choice and approval systems. These voting methods would be used to allow participants to vote for policy choices they would want to see and keep both an order of policy they would suggest should be implemented, and to pick a top choice for urgent priorities.

This software would put into our new DAO and Liquid Feedback Revamped software, ensuring all participants qualify prior to voting in the quorums and forums. This software is an integral part of the deployment of any meaningful QED and the Representative Party. It will be used for Economic Renaissance and Liberty Economy board members as well.

Follow My Vote can empower people to vote to reach consensus and pursue solutions. When voters can stop dividing their vote among alternative candidates, to unify behind the Libertarian or the Green, for the purpose of just getting an anti-corruption candidate in the presidency, then we can see reform happen that will benefit all people. We can’t let ideology block progress. Follow My Vote on the Free and Equal platform can conduct national votes and direct people to then unify behind a single candidate to move forward, away from the crony capitalist system we have been in for so long.

Follow My Vote ideals must not be compromised. It shall remain neutral, open source, and secure without an agenda that could interfere with any of these projects. This is why I advocate for Follow My Vote.

MARCH ON ALL STATE CAPITALS (OPTIONAL)

Once we have our infrastructure of an acceptable QED in each state, with people like you demanding transparencies in elections, ballot access rights, and more, public participation called be called upon at an all time high.
To get news coverage of large marches and demonstrations at our state capitals, that calls for voters to sign petitions and put them on the ballot, could be a tipping point in how we get the average person to get involved.

This stage is exciting for some, but perfectly optional for others. We can win our wars with silent petitions regardless so it really doesn't matter. We can’t guarantee the press will even cover us no matter how big we get. If they do, they will likely smear because we would counter everything their sponsors stand for. It doesn’t really matter regardless.

However, we would go up there and show them we are about to kick them all out of office, have referendums on their crooked laws, pass some election reforms and initiatives so crooks like them can’t have power any more, and even launch some citizen grand jury initiatives to take them to the bench for crimes ordinary people like us would be in prison for. Wouldn’t it be grand!

WHY GET INVOLVED?

All it takes is for people to first learn about one cause they want to sign for, and then help that cause with a simple signature to get their petition on the ballot. Then, they join the conversation in the public forums, they join because they want to learn more from the archive of data about their issue, and they learn from people who create content, people just like you.

When you learn about the details of the quorum, you will see how much effort it has taken to create the most open and fair, knowledge and consensus building tool. You will understand how much benefit it will give society as we advance beyond right and left paradigms towards issue specific societal agreements. Through populism, the masses unite to stop corruption. Through the QED, we create populism.

As a social network, we would find people that we see have interests in the forums and quorums that are both similar and unique to our own. We may find that we agree on some issues but we totally disagree on others, so we will investigate our community members forums forums of interest and review their debates. We may freely advocate in quorums that policy is reformed to protect concerns of a minority, or potential consequences that will harm those we seek to protect. Everyone's voice is heard. Everyone you bring who agrees with you will help shape the policy of the people moving forward.

An intellectual discussion about policy will enlighten the masses to achieve our needs through popular consensus at the ballot.

We would learn, try our best to prove our points about policy, find others on our side in our states who agree with us and bring them into the debate. Facts will be archived and aggregated to the top of the website as most useful arguments in favor of our sides debate points.

Facts on various views, for, opposed, and alternate will be presented as cross verified, validated principal truths. Consensus is born and displayed through analytics regarding branches of organizational agreement and dis-organizational disagreement within others.

People will naturally gravitate to the greatest truths that evolve in the quorum. The quorum architecture is free to evolve. Humanity will evolve to solve our problems, both political and nonpolitical through the quorum. Get involved to solve humanity's problems with those of us who also want the ultimate empowerment for local to global, truth, answers, and strategies to accomplish them.

CONCLUSION.

By incorporating each separate organisation in this document to come together and form a whole unit in solidarity for change, a unified website that directs the public to participate can be created.

Direct financial incentives for motivating people to write, and to participate in their local economy can create the momentum on social media to attract the masses.

The desires of all people to end corruption in government are the strongest asset we have working for us. Passion for a better future is all we need to fuel the vehicle for change, and that vehicle will be created thanks to the efforts of open-source developers and activists who care to create solutions.

The world is in our hands, are we going to pragmatically shape it towards a utopian future with the ultimate safeguard for our liberties, a ballot access network, or, are we going to passively watch the struggle against tyranny get worse.

Our endgame is to reach a critical mass of voters. The equivalent would be less than 1%, less than any of the qualifying political parties. Upon reaching a critical mass that applies our strategies with us, we can qualify any and all ballot propositions we want on the ballot nearly effortlessly. We call for people to have a paradigm shift, to become the change we want to see in the world by changing our lifestyles to participate in governance. This includes sharing, blogging, contributing time and/or money where needed and direct petitioning.

If two people tell two people to tell two more, as this process continued, in just 20 steps we can reach over one million people.

One million people nationwide harmonising efforts just a few hours a week for this activism panacea can create it before the 2018 elections, and push forward for 2020 like no movement the nation has ever seen.

I’m preparing to help propel what can be the biggest populous movement in our world's history, predicated off of populism and direct civic engagement for change, independent of the political elite. Let’s bring a million to D.C. demanding the world, not the politicians, join us in peaceful overthrow of our illegitimate government, by bringing forward a blockchain QED system and involving people in reclaiming our states rights.

It doesn’t matter who becomes president. A representative party candidate would be ideal, but ultimately, with our states rights, ballot access system, and a QED, the people can nullify all unconstitutional actions and bring forward an era of peace within our sovereignties.
