You say in the title that it's the 2 speakers of the house, but then cite the last 2 presidents... IMO the Trump Administration is not pursuing these charges at the moment due to the ongoing PizzaGate dragnet, which has arrested THOUSANDS of pedophiles and sex traffickers. I believe that they are rounding up the smaller players in hopes of choking off the supply of youthful victims, and interrogating the "suppliers" that will lead to the Big Fi$hes like Podesta, the Klintons and the slimy Repubix that are also surely involved.
