  • "Under Missouri law, the Grand Jury has found probable cause to believe that Governor Greitens violated Missouri State Statute 565.252, which was in place at the time of the violation," Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said in a statement. "This statute has a provision for both a felony and misdemeanor. The law makes it a felony if a person transmits the image contained in the photograph or film in a manner that allows access to that image via a computer."

Irony, from Wikipedia.

RINO

aka an opportunist.

When was the last time you could trust in a politician?

the words 'trust' and 'politician' don't go together.

hahaha :D Funny xD

It seems that to be a politician you have to be born, to be predestined for that type of function; because a normal, honest person, hardly becomes a renowned politician. To be political, very "special conditions" are required... Over here in South America, we have very bad experiences with that subject.

I don't think this case is difficult to judge. Provide the evidence that Greitens took the said photograph and stored it in the manner accused. Anything other than that, there is no case at all

A motion to dismiss filed by MO Gov. Eric Greitens says law being used to prosecute him does not apply because it requires that the alleged victim have an expectation of privacy. Proper for prosecuting a "voyeurs or peeping toms."
