probably because of the recent successful lawsuit to release some research that suggested that perhaps cell phone radiation, though it is a different type from ionizing radiation, may cause cancer and that levels of radiation were much higher than tested when you are actually touching your phone, something a lot of people do.

Driving and texting is much more likely to kill you than cell phone radiation. Nine people a day die from it. So why are we talking about cell phone radiation?

Because we have no idea how many people die a day from cell phone radiation because the cell phone industry has suppressed it. Basically unless a phone gets so hot it will literally burn you then it is not emitting dangerous radiation according to the government in the US. It's not that cell phones have been shown to be safe, they just have not been proven conclusively to be unsafe and those are not the same thing. This is like when the cigarette companies were still denying smoking was deadly because they had suppressed all the studies that showed it was.

oddly enough you are using a computer.
Computers are just large cell phones.

Except of course it is not transmitting signals powerful enough to reach a cell phone tower nor am I holding it up to my head or keeping it in my pocket all day. If I get testicular cancer I am suing Dell!

Oh but it is! It's called WI-FI...perhaps you've heard of it?
A new, more virulent strain, called SUPER Wi-Fi has been demonstrated to have a range of several miles.

but regular non super wi fi does not go very far and my laptop does not touch my skull

regular wifi goes a hundred feet or so. Blue tooth about a third that.
the wireless headphones and the blue tooth 'ear bugs'...what about them?

I don't fuck with them at all, when Bluetooth is turned on I can feel it, my internet was down the other day and so I used my phone as a hotspot and that was uncomfortable.

and yet..the wiring in your walls.
the ominous 60cycle hummmmm
what is it doing to you biologically?

I can't imagine it's anything good, lucky for me I have thick wood lathe and plaster between me and them. If we were rats then we know that it can cause a small reduction in cortical weight and a small reduction in DNA level, as well as small reductions in RNA and protein levels.
