It’s my 34th year celebrating new year but only this new year I took the courage to cook for our media noche! Pork chop steak ala bistek πŸ˜‹2117949A-A71B-4588-A085-417902761CD7.jpeg First I marrinated the pork with some lemon, soy sauce and garlic waited for 4 hours before I proceed to cook it. And the finished product F6839FDA-B802-4673-B63E-7722E2AECB49.jpeg perfect! It tastes delicious my son can’t get enough of it πŸ˜ƒ.
