I slapped together two jigs to hold the shells as I filled them with resin and to dry. I poured a number of the weekend to replenish my stock as my coworkers took all the ones that I made.
I am still working on my technique and process and if I can make them efficiently I am thinking off selling them at craft fairs.
I have the polishing of the shell down but am still working on the resin as they way I can get it the way I want it takes way too long as it takes forever to polish. I am flattening it with an belt and orbital sander if I hand polish from there it takes a couple hours to get it perfect. I am pouring a second coat after but that does not get as even as I want.
Still working on it.
Beautiful!
