I had some free time today so I took a shell, and some black sand, I collected and made this pendant with UV Epoxy Resin.

I first laid down a light coat of resin and cured it to for a base. Once it was hard I put more resin in and then the shell. I covered the shell with more resin and cured it. That made the first half of the pendant.

I started the second half the same way. Once that was hard I poured a little resin in and then some black sand the cured it. I did this over and over again until I reached the top. Once the half was cured I put some resin on one half and then joined it to the other and cured it.

Once the two halves were put together I installed the bail and then cured it. I polished it and then it was done. I am pretty happy with how it came out.
