I have personal feelings against everyone creating their own tokens, but if you have a business justification and can prove us wrong. Currently Building some new ICO products, and thought I would share some information to get you going. If you Need a Software Developer, remember, that Is what I do, and Let me know If I can be of service. But if you want to create one on your own, do your research, be informed, do great things, be inspiring and lets build a better future. Smart Contracts & BlockChain are disruptive forces, I agree, but not everything is better decentralized method, a database can far out perform blockchains, and your tokens get less valuable as the market gets saturated and you need a Dewey decimal indexed card look up to even understand the opportunity that is in front of us.
Please take note you can utilize existing BlockChains to meet your needs, you don't always have to start new, but when the business case you are trying to solve needs features not available and you have the gumption to bring forth a new solution to the community, I hope these videos help get you started.
