Introduction

With this post I will be sharing a step-by-step on how you can apply for Peer-2-Peer leases using the DLease application as an escrow agent or intermediary.

Having an acceptable voting power in Steem requires a considerable investment, however, there are applications such as DLease where we can apply for Steem Power and pay interest within a range of 10-15% APR.

Requesting Steem Power using DLease's P2P marketplace and obtaining passive daily yields is one of the options provided by this type of application, however, to execute a request we must follow these simple steps:

Step 1. The first thing to do is to access the portal A few minutes ago I uploaded the post you asked for, about the step-by-step explaining how to request a delegation in DLease and click on the Login option.

Step 2. Next you will have to enter a login method, in my case I used Steem Keychain.

Step 3. Then enter your user name and confirm the login operation.

Step 4. When entering the DLease portal, the next thing to do is to locate the Market option.

Step 5. Then to request a lease, click on the "Request a lease" option.

Step 6. When you click on "Request a lease" the system will automatically ask for the following data; For which account do you want to lease SP? and From which account do you want to pay?.

Step 7. After having entered our user name in both fields, the next step is to enter the data related to; How much SP do you want to rent? (in my case I put 1000 Steem Power), How much do you want to pay per week? (in my case I put 6.8 Steem per week), How long do you want to rent the SP for? (in my case I put 12 weeks).

Step 8. Then we must verify that the attached data correspond to those shown in the portal, if there is a match, click on the following button.

Step 9. Finally, as long as all the attached data is in order, the next step is to approve the application with the selected key method (in my case I used Steem Keychain).

Note; After approving the request it will appear in the DLease market order list waiting for a user to make the respective delegation, it is recommended to be monitoring the approval of our requests, either to change it or to cancel it.
