here is a video i found about renting vs buying. he is trying to emphasis about both. currently we have mortgage and i am looking for way to pay off mortgage faster. if you are looking to buy or renting then i will recommend you to buy. i know you won't gonna buy home by just by saying by me. ha ha. i hope someone find it helpful.

I decided to look into this myself. Of course, everyone has their own thoughts on the matter and it's usually whatever they're currently doing, because, after all why would you choose one option while simultaneously thinking the other a better choice, right? We call it inertia.
Anyway, I definitely should be writing a blog post about this as I have not been able to find information that is as clear as I was hoping to find.
For what it is worth, we are currently renting. I don't know whether to keep renting for the next "x" years or drop an "x" deposit in "x" years and dive into home "debtship".
