An Easy Fix for a Magic Mouse Tracking Problem

there still remains a more common reason for strange tracking behavior of your mouse, and that's a corrupt preference file that your Mac uses to configure the Magic Mouse when it's first powered on.

you can either try removing one at a time and then seeing if the mouse starts behaving, or you can remove all of them at once, sort of the nuclear option; get rid of all of them, and let your Mac rebuild the preferences.
