A Structural Reevaluation of the Collapse of World Trade Center 7

So there's been a new draft study released that indicates that the only way the collapse of WT7 could have happened is via near simultaneous failure of all the support columns and that fire could not have caused it, contradicting official reports. This of course has re-fueled conspiracy theories that this was an intentional demolition though this study doesn't indicate that directly. While I always identified more with Fox Mulder, I'm a bit more like Scully in that I'm somewhat of a skeptic. Show me the proof.

Anyway, I'm curious if there are any architects or people more familiar with the tools they used to do their modeling with the patience to read this report out there. I'd be curious to hear what you think (and public comment is open for the next couple of months...see the link).

This study was funded by Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth and conducted by three researchers at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
