The monster that is known as Jerry Sandusky is going to be in court again. He appealed his sentence on the grounds that minimum sentencing requirements were improperly applied. This will get him re-sentenced although not likely to change much.
What is changing is the fact that another person came forward claiming Sandusky molested him between 2000 and 2010. This could add to his sentence, which is effectively for life at his age.
Sandusky was Penn State's defensive coordinator from 1977-1999. He retried then to begin working with at risk youth. Unfortunately for the victims, this was fertile ground for a child molester such as him.
