For most of the past two seasons, Yoenis Cespedes has been missing in action.  After signing a lucrative $110 million contract a few years ago, he missed most of 2018 and all of 2019 due to injury.

The culminated with Cespedes losing a large portion of his guaranteed $29 million contract for 2020 due to an accident on his farm.  His injury was deemed to arise from doing a banned activity.

In spite of all this, Cespedes said that he is going to have a big 2020.  More than half the money he lost can be made up in incentives.  Cespedes proclaimed himself healthy and says he could hit 52 HRs tis year.  Ironically, this is the number he wears.
