In an effort to stop Google Play Store to act as playing host to dangerous apps, Google partnered with three mobile security firms, and through this partnership, Google plans to stop bad apps before they reach users’ devices.
Days after this partnership was announced, research firm Trend Micro has found apps — mainly games and related to camera — infected with adware that disguise their icons and push full-screen ads on the users’ device.
