Now it's time to share my first #vegan plum strawberrie #galettewith you!I love it because you can fill this dough with all the fruit rests you have at home,....and I tested my new gingerpowder in the filling!! It turns really good!!It's from @gingerblast_shop ( yes advertise! )Here is the recipe for 2 galettes:180g all purpose flour 1 tbsp.brown suger1/4 tbsp. salt150g very cold vegan butter3-5 tbsp. ice waterFilling:about 200g fruits ( I took plums and strawberries )juice from a organic lemon2 tbsp. brown suger1/4 tbsp. ginger powder from @gingerblast_shop1 tbsp. cornstarch1 teaspoon cinnamon1 tbsp. grated almonds and pistaccioInstructions:mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the dough sit in the frigde,....now roll out the dough into a circular form and fill it with the fruits. Fold the dough over the fruits and press the edges to seal it in. Now you can brush the edges with almond milk and sprinkle the galette with almonds and pistaccios,....Bake until it is golden brown for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees,.....Now you can enjoy it,....
