Food Photography - The Steamed Veggies

There is no other way to cook a healthy food and that is by means of steaming. The vegetables do not lose much of the vitamins and other nutrients. I would simply sauteéd them with butter , sprinkle a bit of soy sauce,  a bit of salt and pepper and they are done!

I have never eaten this vegetable meal. Hopefully the food will be very delicious.

You have to try them in order for you to know how the taste will be.

Nice photography. So healthy and delicious obviously. So green. I love green vegetables. 

It depends on how you will spice these vegetables , since I sauteéd these in butter , the taste is perfect for me.... I use soy sauce to spice it , a bit of salt and pepper as well as a dash of sugar or sugar substitute.

Steaming is really a nice way to eat vegetables with all their nutrients in there.

I totally agree with you. And there is lots of fibers as well as it does not have fatty substance. That is why they are very healthy food in the planet.
