Crypto Analyst Brian Kelly: ‘No Shot’ for Bitcoin ETF in 2019

Brian Kelly feels that 2019 will be a better year for cryptocurrency but that it will not see the approval of an ETF anytime soon.  He feels it will still be another year before that happens.
