The activist is Dave Daubenmire, a former high school football coach in the state of Ohio, who now works as an online radio broadcaster. In his first post-Super Bowl broadcast, he said the event was "an example of Christian discrimination, more like a strip club than a football game" that put his soul in "danger of hellfire", so he has just announced on his social networks that he will sue the National Football League (NFL) for some $867 billion. "Was there any warning that your 12-year-old son, whose hormones are just starting to work, might have a sexual arousal," Daubenmire asks in a video posted on the Internet. "I'm serious here. I'm looking for a lawyer to file a class action suit against Pepsi and the NFL for pandering to pornography. Maybe that's not the right charge, I'm not a lawyer. But what we saw yesterday was a strip club performance at halftime at the Super Bowl."
