Because of explosion in Sri lanka, for which there 290 people were died and 500 people were injured.So the government of the country impose "state of emergency" to control the situation and give the suprme power to the police and military for counter militant attact.The authority blame for it local islamic group.Already 24 people were arrested by the police who were involved in this exploision that was happend in church and hotel in colomb.
