After hunting cyclone Kenneth in northern Mozambique in Africa, the condition of there so unmeasurable .Because of cyclone many people evacuated from their living place and 700,000 people are in risk now because of the continuation of heavy rain Pemba which is the capital of Cabo Delgado state where the water level increase and it's 2m (6.5ft) of rain and flooding. Macomia and Quissanga was critical and worried to cut-off island of Ibo.
