According to three ex players, that Astro team used electronic devices to steal signs.
Mike Friers has stated the team placed cameras in the outfield and used it to steal the other teams' signs.
This is the second such incident. The Boston Red Sox were fined an undisclosed amount for behavior that fell in this realm. Nothing was ever publicized about it. The decision was made by the commissioner's office.
