Nick Buoniconti passed away on Wednesday at the age of 78. He was part of the Dolphins no name defense on the great teams in the 1970s.
Buoniconti blamed the hits he took during his playing days as the cause for the CTE he suffered in later years. He donated his brain to science for study.
