Due process in sexual assault cases has been dead for a while. Cynical terms like “guilty until proven innocent” and “guilty even when proven innocent” made the round. But trust Canada to top that. In Canada it's now
“Guilty and you are not allowed to prove your innocence”.
There is no 100% effective way to protect yourself against a false accusation. All men in Canada are basically screwed.
