Laughter therapy: It is a technique of psychotherapy that offers mental, physical and emotional benefits through laughter. There are multiple benefits of laughter, because It helps you to release endorphins, serotonin and is a natural painkiller for your body and decreases the level of stress, if something hurts you, smile. In addition, each laughter sets in motion about 400 muscles, some of them from the stomach that is to say we exercise our body mainly the face, that relaxes us makes us look radiant and energetic, improves our mood and if we feel good and full we will have happy moments, because it depends on how we are what we attract to our life and if we are smiling we attract optimism, joy and wonderful things.

The day should start with a smile, laughing makes our lives happy, makes us feel alive, smile at someone also improves her or his day. When we say Good morning with a smile when arriving at a place, you can illuminates that place, the power of the smile is unimaginable. In Venezuela there is a Non-Profit Civil Association called Doctor Yaso or better known as Clowns Hospital was created in February 2005 with the aim of relieving the pain and anguish of diseases and contribute in hospital centers brightening the lives of patients with a pleasant time through laughter.

Laughter is contagious just make the test of laughing without stopping, even without reasons and soon you will see everyone around you laughing with you, the best way to begin the laugh is to listen and see a baby laugh no one I know can resist to that beautiful and vibrant laugh that is born spontaneously, full of energy and emotion.

The most important thing about laughter therapy is that you forget the embarrass, and the laugh has to be without stopping, without motives and without restrictions, make jokes of the simplest, there are infinities of strategies that can be carried out as a couple or in a group for laughter therapy, how to get in pairs one in front of the other and make funny faces in turns to provoke the laughter of the other, they can also mimic animals in a funny way, dance what provokes you and how it provokes you, or they can just laugh wihout stoping.

Laughter is not thought. You have to feel it, express it and spread it, make others laugh with you and improve the atmosphere of your home, your work and wherever you get the place will be illuminated with your optimism and your beautiful smile.
