mTORC acne study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3408989/#R110

Today I wanted to address one of the clearest messages that I convey, which is to remove dairy from you diet. A lot of people will send me messages after seeing my videos and ask what they can do to not break out, but after asking if they still consume dairy I almost always hear back that they do consume some amount still. Watch this video as I dive into a well produced article that breaks down over 150 studies to show proof that dairy activates mTORC which increases epidemic acne. I hope you guys enjoy this and give it a thumbs up if you enjoy it!

I want to clarify something here! In this video I show an article that explains a LOT of different factors that go into activating mTORC in your body which is a clear cause for epidemic acne breakouts. In this video I try to stress that dairy is the main factor of those many factors that I broke out and why many people break out currently. This does not mean that your break out is 100% attributed to dairy consumption, you may be violating other factors such as high sugar, high fat, high caloric intake, high leucine intake, etc. Think about it in the form of this analogy - you can flush a few hairs down the drain and get away with it, no clog. But if you flush enough hair and other debris down the drain you can clog your pipes! This doesn't mean that the first few hairs didn't matter it just means that you didn't notice them because you flushed so much other debris too that they caused you clog. Many of these factors that you can read about in this article cause acne, such as natural hormones from going through puberty, which means you may have an experience where taking dairy out didn't clear you up because you already had your mTORC highly activated from any factors.

I hope it helps you my friends :) Thanks for the support!

Sure helps mate, I haven't had any since 2016, and I can tell you my health improved. A lot. It's ok to have a bit from time to time, moderation is the key word. Love the study btw, keep 'em coming!!

That's awesome I'm glad it's help you a bunch!

I've heard grass fed, non-homogenized, non-pasteurized is like a super food, but it's illegal in most places sooooo maybe moot point.

But ya, dairy sucks, butter is all I use, maybe I'll cut back though I rarely get acne

Dairy raises your mTORC which puts at risk for all sorts of health issues, prostate cancer being one of them and to me that's enough to scare me out of it ever!

Did they say what in the dairy caused it? You're starting to scare me away from butter

Your skin has clearly come a long way Bryan, I never had such bad acne myself but definitely going vegan and building better cleaning habits come a long way

Thanks man and I'm glad you have noticed the changes from it :)
