HUGE VOLUME EASY Homemade Pho Recipe (Under 200 Cals!)

This recipe is SUPER HELPFUL when it comes to keeping your cravings under control while dieting and restricting your calories! This whole recipe is only 175 calories and it has 22 grams of protein in it but it's a GIANT bowl of soup that you can eat for at least 10-15 minutes. It is important to have a few recipes in your head that have loads of volume for when you are running low on calories and you really want to chow down. Otherwise you may fall into cravings of eating the foods you regularly eat and will blow your calories and also you diet for that day. For example eating spaghetti noodles when you only have 200 calories left will be a very small amount of noodles or you'll eat a regular amount and you'll eat 400-600 calories of pasta.
