Creative Ways To Combat Depression, Fatigue, And Negativity

Hi Steemians and DLivers!

This is a topic that most can probably relate to. Many of us experience depression, fatigue, and negativity in our lives that can oftentimes be draining and lonely. Let's face it, more people like positivity than negativity and when you're down, it can often times be lonely when people don't want to hear about, let alone help you with your problems.

So, how can you draw that inspiration to pull yourself out of that slump? How can you elevate yourself to that awesomeness level when you're feeling like shit? Day after day of grinding hard to make money but things just aren't working out the way you've planned for and your expectations haven't aligned with the reality that hits you right in the face. Take a step back, calm down, and problem solve.

One of the biggest tips that I can give you is to start asking yourself "How can I solve these issues I have?". This is a lot more constructive than dwelling on the problem, letting it beat you down over and over where negativity can sink in further. It may be overwhelming and feel like everything is out of control, but you are in full control. Take a step back, calm down, and focus on positivity. Start your day off in a healthy way. Don't pick up your phone, don't check your emails, and get your mind in the right perspective of positivity. Take a couple minutes to write out some things that are on your mind or some problems that you might be having. This helps take a step back to objectively look at the situation at hand so that you can "start problem solving". Ask yourself "How can I fix this?".

I talk a lot about relying on your skillsets and what I mean by that is everyone is good at different things. Use your strengths, your skills, as a potential tool in solving your problems. As long as we're projecting positivity and love onto other people, we're going to get that back in life. Remember, to keep asking yourself "How can I fix this?" or "What can I do?". Write down your problems and then problem solve and move forward. When you come to an answer of what needs to be done, make those solutions your goals. Break down those goals into easy steps. When you start doing that, you'll be able to find yourself more inspired. You'll reach your goals a lot faster, feel a lot better, and be able to project that positivity.

Remember, problem solving and critical thinking will always benefit you.

Peace
