Steemit will only allow you to assign 5 but if you use some of the third party integrations they don't always limit it. In fact for DLive they make specific categories for user generated tags even.

I use my iphone as webcam but you have to be on the same wifi network as the PC ur streaming from. In other words you cant go live just off of mobile yet... I dont think
