If anything, this post - which we need to take at face value until at the very least another party “files a complaint”/expresses counterclaims - only confirms to me that we shouldn’t make any judgments at all.

Ironically, a code is law blockchain was supposed to do away with all those emotional debates.

As for the screenshots shown in this comment thread, for me they aren’t conclusive nor actual evidence of malicious intent. Friends may have coded together and while that could indeed consist of many coincidences, that doth not constitute de facto conspiracy. Even not the existence of that folder structure. Related: hackathons.

Edit/Addendum: I did reply to this without checking @jimmylin‘s Steem profile. As previously stated elsewhere I have never used DLive nor ever had any contact with anybody from the DLive team. Neither am I their Discord. I’m just... a chaotic neutral character.
