Experiencing Black Screen During DLive

So I am experiencing major issues when attempting to stream to DLive. My OBS works flawlessly on other platforms but when I attempt to go live on Dlive all I am experiencing is a black screen. I have searched through a lot of fixes but I think this is more related to Dlive side. Has anyone else experienced this? Is so what was the fix? I am running 64 bit OS with 64 bit OBS. Like I said on other platforms I have 0 issues.
