Steemit is not for people with a weak resolve. It takes time and dedication and it requires some sacrifice too. For those who are doing all this, it is difficult to see others who think that they can just sit, relax and earn on Steemit.

I know its hard to hear but you cannot earn money here just by doing nothing. Steemit and blockchain at large is about fairness and thus a payment requires an equivalent amount of effort.

You put your heart here and dedicate yourself and you'll see results, of that I can assure you. So it makes sense that if someone were to be lax about it and then ask weak questions, it would be irritating. We should all remember that this is steem blockchain, everything here is immutable so if we say something then it is recorded for all to see. So our efforts to add value here are also visible and if they are there, then with right strategy they would be rewarded as well.

learn how to add value and upward voting will follow

Friend @nathanmars, I think it is totally true is like the biblical law that says that what you sow that you will reap (if we sow love that we receive, if we sow hatred that we will receive)
It is the same here on the platform if we sow good values by doing quality work we will reap votes and that means we must win them.

Personally, I believe that our growth in the platform depends on the time we spend as it helps us to realize our mistakes by finding the best way to add value to our publications and earn money. From my own experience I have dedicated time and work and without a doubt, steemit is really a university where we learn a lot and above all from our failures, they encourage us to go ahead and look for what will give us success.

Greetings and blessings!

Personally, I believe that our growth in the platform depends on the time we spend as it helps us to realize our mistakes by finding the best way to add value to our publications and earn money.

This can never be said any better dearie. Time invested in something always pays off. Some people go around making shitty contents and beg you for upvotes. You get to their blog and you feel so discouraged. That's bullshit.

Some people don't just learn. Beggingbfor upvotes can be very annoying but people don't get it. I have always told people I bring into steemit..Let your good and quality posts speak for themselves.

I don't need to ask anyone to upvote me, if my post is good enough, the upvotes will come. Consistency is key. The upvotes might not come too often but they will surely come. Just keep putting in your best and one day you will smile as your efforts would pay off..

I am not selling my sp for less than $100

Yes i have seen too mostly new comers think steemit is a tree of money join it and grab it,
But i think one should work hard on steem without expecting the results.
Without having patience and willingness to work for long many new comers leave this platform.
I have seen people commenting upvote me, instead of that they should focus on their posts and try to engage with the posts of other steemians.
This is my personal experience steemit takes test of every new steemian for 30 days and the person who clears 30 days with dedication and hardwork, starts to build up on this platform.
In my opinion one should not give up even if he/she fails and should try again untill he/she succeeds.

I will not sell steem for less than $100.

Yes, we are not want to waiting long for better something, we always want everything instantly and not to want invest time for long term. Also not want to learn for that.

We should think for long term,
We should trying for long term,
and only trying, trying and trying the best way,
then something good will come.
@hafizulla

You may have noticed I haven't commented on your recent video, The reason is that I'm not being able to watch your video completely. I know why I don't know It's only me who is having the problem or someone else having this issue. Video plays for just 2 to 3 seconds and then it stopped for 5 minutes and then again it plays for 2 to 3 second, I tried to download it, but downloading size is too big, like the video in this post is of almost 900 mb :(

Steemit is indeed a university that requires your time and attention before you graduate and here are the course outlines as mentioned by Nathan:

  1. Think long term
  2. Try new things
  3. Fail
  4. Try again
  5. Constantly learn
  6. Constantly improve
  7. Earn trust
  8. Eearn reputation from others
  9. Leave appropriate comment
  10. Spend more time
  11. Find something you love to do within steemit by trier and error

Its a Great wise piece of advise.

I like your phrase

Treat steemit as your university

This is my University and i want to be financially independent, am here for a long time.

It's funny you know...The only thing I'm begging for on my posts...Is people to comment LOL

You make a great point, no one owes you a thing...But what's awesome about this place is like you said...We can be rewarded from what we love to do, talk about...

And that alone, should fire people up!

But alas...Human nature man, everyone seems to want the easy route to success....

You are absolutely right.
No disagreement about this.

That's what steemit is for anyway

to add value

Excellente my friend,

Failure is one of the great resources we have to learn.
Learning "in someone else's book" is a popular saying in my country. It is also a valid resource.
And above all, learn from good examples, people are not perfect but we can take the good.

Thank God for allowing Steemit to be part of our lives.

A hug bro

You are completely right....
These are simple tips we could apply and become successful on our steemit journey....

Cheers

@nathanmars, That's great ideas if you want to develop in steemit platform. I noted your suggestions and then after I'll add your valuable idea for my journey. I know I get more value via follow you.

You are so right. Be committed to steemit and make sure you add value, then upvotes will come

Feeling motivated after watching the video.I am here for almost a month and watching everyone joins steemit only for money they don't want to give anything in the community they only want to take. But my friend if you want steemit to solve your problem then you have to give something valuable to the community.

Yes, you are absolutely right. When we have a long-term or contemplation, if that mia is long-term, if we have a problem if we fail to do what we try to do, then we remove the tears of failure, we do not want to move forward. Do not want to learn anything that we try to try.If we all fail to do anything, then we should try to eradicate the fate of that failure and to learn continually and work enough to make it happen to all of us.

It will take a long time to make the Hello Brother 100 span so long I will not be able to comment any more in your post is very sad.If you take this decision away from us, like those of us who are small steemit users, they are very beneficial. And it is very sad for me because I have been commenting on your post for a long time, I can not do it very sad .

Change your attitude my friend.

Earning 100SP is your challenge and be greatful for your challenge

And if you can invest your own money then do that.
