On the surface, the SJW position seems hypocritical. Save the Earth from global warming caused by human activity, but save human lives by banning guns. Defend the week, but allow women to have abortions. If you go a layer deeper though, you see it's actually congruent. Humans are killing the planet, so disarm the humans, make them defenseless, and kill the defenseless while claiming to protect them.
