This game is a perfectly represented version of an actual board game that I enjoy playing with friends.

The general idea:
You purchase shares of the seven hotel chains, Luxor, Tower, American, Festival, Worldwide, Continental, and Imperial.
...
Then when the game begins, you get some tiles, and you can establish, grow, and merge/dissolve hotel chains throughout the game, all the while deciding whether to purchase more shares, hold the ones you have, or sell and trade them when a merge takes place.
It is a little challenging to learn, but quite rewarding to win a game, because the people who play online really play at a difficult level.
Troll warning: The chat rooms are often times full of a small crowd of trolls who pick on newcomers for sport. If you happen to visit and run into these, just ignore them and they'll go away, and watch for other unique and awesome folks.
