Bulalo is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth.
But By the way guys i make my own version I use only baboy/Pork meat instead of beef , I m so unlucky that no more available beef marrow bones that day but this is how I do procedure and step of cooking bulalo, You can add more ingredients like corn or etc. Its up to you. :)
