This fast, scary boi is called Yulala, and he lives atop a structure called the 'Heavenly Tower'. The long-armed boi is called Lufalan Pasalan, based off 'Luffy' from One Piece, apparently. In this video I encountered Yulala for the first time, and with help from some of the people in the Battle Cats community, fought to beat him and complete the tower!
