Hello! Today I am going to make our lunch with Dinengdeng sa labong.
And here are the main ingredients,
Labong and Saluyot.

Here I am cooking already.
I already prepared and seasoned it.

This is the labong. I already boiled it and seasoned it with bagoong.

And the rice of course and partner it with the fried fish.

Now I'm going to show you...

This Jute leaves are very nutritious it's full of iron and it's packed of iron and vitamin C

This is usually our when we were young in our province in the philippines.

It's just very simple. We will just put this jute leaves over here in the pot. Make sure do not overcook the jute leaves so that the nutrients are still inside the vegetables.
Yes...
Simmer for a little few minutes.
Then season with a little bit salt then voila!
Your lunch is ready.

Make it low fire.
I think the rice is also done.
I think the fish is also done.
