I actually like sprinting. I get so much more accomplished. I belong to a sprint group and do that or I sometimes even just set my own timer and go for 20 or 30 minutes. I get a lot of writing done that way.

I know that sprinting group. I have such trouble concentrating that even in 15-minute segments I stop the time a couple of times.
