I was referring to people that comment hoping that they will get upvoted. These people have 100% VP because they do not upvote anyone, they usually do not post, and they just comment in a regular way without even bothering to read one line of the author's post.

I always upvote and even upvote all comments on my posts, I am still torn with regards to upvoting myself, though I sometimes cannot resist? but as I said I ALWAYS make sure to upvote everyone who leaves comments on my posts and even replies. so maybe it is ok to self vote, lol. but I always hesitate.
My posts still perform like crap even when I write a ton of original content, but thats all ok :-) will keep on keeping on steeming... maybe oneday when I am big I will get some good upvotes, lol

I’m new this week and just learned you shouldn’t upvote 40 times a day, so I held off votes for 2 days, I’ll come back tomorrow and throw you an upvote. More annoying than the personal upvoters are the “Nice post, I makes me success reading ur post, please upvote and follow me”.
