Taking a few step backs from Crypto helped a lot. I check every week now. Used to do the same with Stocks but I had to stop - distance can help you keep your mind sharp and prevent crisis/compassion fatigue - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compassion_fatigue
Checking constantly can make you distressed but the reality in stocks/crypto price movements happen a lot - and a 10% loss is much more of a tremor than a indication - sometimes.
