Household problems between Helmi's doctor and doctor Lety Sultri culminate in pain. Lety was killed after being bullied by her husband at the Az-Zahra Medical Clinic, East Jakarta.

On Thursday at around 14.00 WIB, Helmi went to Az-Zahra clinic located at Jalan Dewi Sartika, East Jakarta. The clinic is where the wife works.
