Being in a known pkace at an unknown time is more or less the same thing as being in an unknown place at a known time. Think about spacetime as one multidimentional continuum.

You might be interested in this article which describes quantum entanglement in time.

Also, as far as I know, many theories require gravity to be the weakest force. So it is not that unexpected.
