I wrote earlier about the Boxer Rescue that I volunteer much of my time for. Last year we had a dog enter the rescue named Spartan. His owner could not care for him (meaning Spartan was sick and the owner did nothing to help). We were able to obtain Spartan, who was very sick, and help get him back to good health. His story was on the news here in Denver and the community fell in love with this beautiful boy.
