Today I present some fun historical images of working dogs.
Well behaved and well fed laundry dogs of Alaska.

Well, I did enjoy these pictures - I do wish you'd had a couple more (as I Love Alaska and have visited there). I went to the State Fair and saw native dancers - very enjoyable, indeed (and 'a bit of history'). The Turkey legs at the fair were to die for !

I was surprised at how delicious the FOOD was - many of the restaurants evidently place the food "in the ground" to cook it - & it gives wonderful flavor!

I also went to Prince William Sound on a cruise - what fun, and the Puffins were there, as well as the frolicking sea lions!

So much character and unique beauty . Have to go again.

Well, if you get the chance - post some more!

How about if I do a blog of historical Alaska tomorrow? I'll try and have it done by noon eastern standard time tomorrow.

Next time I do one I will focus on some decades where there is color photography.
