Listened to a solid three hours of Fire and Fury.
I enjoyed how they sort of broke down the entire ecosystem surrounding Donald Trump.
Steve Bannon's decisions in particular took up a large percentage of the early quarter (the audiobook is 12 hours long).
Essentially Steve Bannon is cast as a sort of downtrodden vulture of a businessperson with no discernible wins or skills beyond that of brutality and taking advantage of 'distressed assets'.
That part interested me, as Mitt Romney's company was accused of similar things (the distressed assets - though they claimed to have turned those companies around at least).
Of late it appears the more influential Republicans are those who have made a living extracting the slivers of value from dying industry.
