Why I get so much sleep in winter"donguosis"

in donguosis •  7 years ago

Symptoms of donguosis often lead to sleepiness and lethargy.

The reason why you see this in winter is related to the amount of sunlight.

Our body uses sunlight to synthesize a ceratonine, which is called a happy hormone.

Seratonin works to make you feel good and to increase your ability to communicate.

If you don't see much sunlight in the winter, you will feel deficient in serotonin in your body, making you feel lethargic and sleepy easily.

When these symptoms become worse, you may even experience depression.

So, many people in Northern Europe suffer from this kind of seasonal emotion.

Don't block it from the outside.

You should take an outdoor walk or sun bath for 15 minutes.

It is also helpful to illuminate the interior.

Good food : Beef, pork beans, bananas, and chocolate are high in serotonin.

I think it would be great if you could get interested in healthcare this winter.

IN Canada too. I miss the sun, it's too cold to get much exposure of sun on your skin. I do find eating fruits and chocolate helps :) Upvoted and followed you!
